UTC to attend College Democrats Conference

The UTC College Democrats will be attending the Tennessee Federation of College Democrats' annual Spring Conference in Nashville on March 31st. The purpose of the conference is to organize and train chapters and to develop a statewide strategy for strengthening the infrastructure of the College Democrats in Tennessee.

“College Democrats are coming out of the wood work on Tennessee campuses like I’ve never seen before,” said Alex Youn, TFCD President. “We hope to have the most productive conference in the history of our organization.”

“This conference will provide the tools necessary for local chapters to grow and prepare for the coming elections.”

The conference is an opportunity for College Democrats around the state to meet and network with each other. Those who attend will have the opportunity to participate in breakout sessions on a variety of issues, including: chapter development, fundraising, and voter registration.

The summit will be held on Saturday, March 31st. We ask that all those attending plan on staying in Nashville from 9 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

To attend the summit, we ask that you visit the following website and complete the registration form:
